Jamira Estrada & Miao Zhao / STURMHERTA / 2 Concerts, 2 World premieres

With unquenchable passion and drive, the Mexican-Italian musician Jamira Estrada has established herself in a very short time. Jamira's emotional take on obscure music draws the audience into a continuous frenzy, bringing together broken break beats, funk, techno and ambient.

Shuyue Miao Zhao was born in China in 1990 and now lives in Zurich. Her musical interests have led her to play the clarinet, piano, various instruments and electronic instruments.

Daniel Haas explores hybrid modular live sets, audiovisual performances and immersive sound installations. His works show a strong connection between sound and light, often translating one directly into the other. For DA Z, Daniel Haas has developed a new version of his STURMHERTA project, which will be a world premiere.
