Star pianist Alexey Botvinov / Final Concert of DA Z 2024

Alexey Botvinov is an extraordinary pianist. As the most famous Ukrainian pianist, Botvinov is one of the world's best specialists in Rachmaninoff's music. Botvinov is the only pianist to have performed ‘Goldberg Variations’ of Bach more than 300 times on stage.

He has performed in over 45 countries. In 2015, he initiated a new international music festival ‘ODESSA CLASSICS’, of which he is President and Artistic Director. The annual festival is a sensational success and has already become the most important festival for classical music in Ukraine, and currently also in many European countries.

Together with a visual artist, he will enchant the Wasserkirche.
